Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and complete Team Leader training.
• 1 year supervisory experience or 6 months JIB experience with 100% certification.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and English communication.
• Able to learn procedures and use POS and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members on Guest Expectations.
• Lead and coordinate shift operations and guest service.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards across station responsibilities.
• Manage cash handling and timekeeping during shifts.
