Job summary

JIB Central Coast Restaurants Inc is seeking a Team Member to deliver an exceptional guest experience across dine-in and drive-thru settings. You will provide friendly service, ensure high-quality food, and maintain a clean restaurant environment in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities include taking orders, ensuring accuracy, assisting at various stations, and upholding food safety and presentation standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must understand and communicate clearly in English; may require ability to speak another language depending on location.
• Ability to read and understand written English, perform basic math, multitask, and work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take and clarify orders, enter orders in POS, handle payments and provide change.
• Assemble orders and ensure timely, accurate delivery to guests; maintain cleanliness and stocking of work areas.
• Support different restaurant stations (grill, fryer, prep) as needed and follow JIB procedures to ensure food safety and quality.
