Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience – 6 consecutive months JIB experience or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant/retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old; complete Team Leader training classes; ServSafe certification may be required in certain states.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English; basic math; strong interpersonal skills; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Immediately acknowledges and welcomes guests.
• Takes and clarifies orders, assists guests with menu selection.
• Enters order in POS system, collects money, and makes change.
• Maintains cleanliness and stocking of work area.
• Oversees front-of-house and back-of-house duties to ensure timely, accurate service.
