Job summary

Target is seeking a Service & Engagement Team Leader in Independence, MO, to lead Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants while ensuring a safe, friendly shopping environment. You will train, coach and manage a team, prioritize daily tasks, and drive store service and sales goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, and a willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. Prior retail experience is preferred and helpful for success.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead a team of hourly team members, including interviewing, coaching, evaluating and retaining talent.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to deliver service and sales goals and adjust as needed.
• Support and enable drive-up, pickup orders and digital guest experiences with accuracy and care.
• Maintain safety, security, and compliance, and model ethical conduct.
