Job summary

Target is hiring a Service And Engagement Team Leader in-store to drive guest experience and store performance. You will lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants, ensuring quick, friendly service and adherence to store standards.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, tracking performance, executing promotions, and supporting loyalty programs while maintaining a safe, inclusive work environment across shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure team understands and delivers Target’s guest experience commitments and consistent operations.
• Lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants to exceed guest service expectations.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to deliver store sales goals and guest engagement.
