Job summary

Target in Joplin, MO seeks a Service and Engagement Team Leader to deliver exceptional guest experiences across in-store and digital channels. You will lead a team, coach performance, and balance workload to hit service and sales goals while upholding standards for inclusivity and safety.

You will collaborate with leadership to train associates, monitor metrics, and promote loyalty programs while adapting to a fast-paced retail environment and varied shift patterns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an easy, inspiring and friendly environment.
• Lead and develop a team of hourly associates, coaching and evaluating performance.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet store goals and guest expectations.
• Handle cashier operations, pricing, and promotions with accuracy.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and security procedures are followed at all times.
