Job summary

Target Hawaii in Honolulu is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to guide a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants, delivering an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.

You will lead daily operations, train teammates, manage workload, and help drive store goals while upholding store standards, safety, and compliance. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate and benefits, with schedule flexibility including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Lead and hold others accountable.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners.
• Capable of independent and team work.
• Flexible schedule and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly team members and coach for guest service excellence.
• Ensure training and development through onboarding and ongoing learning.
• Deliver a consistent guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
