Target is looking for a team member to support an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience at our store in Honolulu. You will work within Specialty Sales, delivering exceptional service, merchandising and guest engagement while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-first culture on your team.
• Retail business fundamentals including department sales trends and inventory management.
• Planning daily/weekly workload to support priorities and sales goals.
• Leading multiple departments while balancing team expertise and development.
• Hiring and onboarding processes for team members.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure every team member is trained and delivers on Target’s guest experience commitments.
• Observe, provide feedback, and holds team accountable while celebrating guest moments.
• Review metrics and drive action to improve guest experience and sales outcomes.
• Lead a culture of safety, inclusivity and ethical conduct in daily operations.
