Job summary

Target is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader in Flower Mound, TX to ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations. You will lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants, training them to meet service commitments and store standards.

You will be responsible for planning daily workflows, coaching team members, and executing promotions and loyalty initiatives while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and employees alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail experience encouraged but not required.
• Ability to communicate across multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
