Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Team Leader to drive daily operations, lead a team, and deliver warm hospitality to guests. You will support opening/closing, inventory, order placement, and cash handling while coaching teammates and maintaining food safety standards. This role emphasizes teamwork and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

As a Team Leader, you will mentor staff, ensure high-quality guest experiences, and collaborate with managers to uphold CAVA’s values and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop Team Members as the business grows.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shifts, promote a positive work environment, and drive guest satisfaction.
• Open and close restaurant operations, place orders, and handle cash as needed.
• Support training and cross-training of Team Members for growth.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness across all areas of the restaurant.
• Model sound decision making and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate deployment of shifts to maximize service and guest interactions.
