Job summary

Dezerland Park Orlando is seeking a hands-on Team Member Supervisor to lead daily guest experience operations across our indoor attractions. You will supervise frontline team members, enforce safety and service standards, and train staff on guest experience SOPs, cash handling, POS (Square), and attraction flows.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, maintaining attraction presentation, managing breaks, addressing guest concerns, and supporting events.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years’ experience in attractions, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in attraction, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with POS systems like Square is a plus.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and supports daily operation of attractions within the indoor amusement park.
• Train staff on guest experience operations, cash handling, POS, and attraction flows.
• Conduct opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures.
• Monitor and report equipment and attraction maintenance needs.
• Address guest concerns, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of attraction areas.
• Lead by example with a positive, enthusiastic presence on the floor.
• Supervise, coach, and support attraction team members; manage breaks and staffing.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
• Support monitoring and tracking of inventory for all attractions.
• Assist with events (car shows, banquets, special events) as needed.
