Job summary

Dezerland Park Orlando is seeking an Event Associate to coordinate and manage a range of functions from birthday parties to corporate events within Florida’s largest indoor amusement park. You will serve as the primary client contact, guiding planning and ensuring a seamless onsite experience.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in event coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in event coordination.
• Experience with event management software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client site inspections and tours.
• Prepare and track Banquet Event Orders and event summaries.
• Plan floor plans, setups, decor, entertainment, and scheduling.
• Onsite host and primary contact during events.
• Communicate event details with departments to ensure staffing.
