PENN Entertainment in St. Louis, MO is seeking a supervisor to lead and develop a dynamic team in a fast-paced entertainment environment. You will schedule, train, and coach staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure adherence to policies and budgets.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years prior experience as a supervisor or in a leadership role.
• Ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems diplomatically.
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Outlook programs.
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Staff, schedule, evaluate, train, develop and monitor team members.
• Assist in developing policies and procedures to promote compliance with guidelines.
• Establish and maintain training procedures to ensure guest service standards.
• Prepare and deliver performance appraisals for assigned team.
• Understand department objectives, standards, and budgets.
• Ensure outlet is well staffed, organized and operating to standard.
• Open/close work area at scheduled times and ensure cleanliness and security.
• Coordinate with Outlet Manager and Chefs on food prep and presentation.
• Monitor team members and provide coaching as needed.
• Order and maintain inventory for the outlet.
• Maintain confidentiality in all matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
