Job summary

Family Entertainment Group is seeking a Location Supervisor to assist the General Manager in daily operations of a dynamic family entertainment center in Missouri. You will lead a team, ensure outstanding guest experiences, manage scheduling, payroll, and training, and help hit revenue and safety targets while upholding company standards.

This role requires a HS diploma and previous leadership in hospitality or entertainment; physical tasks include standing long hours and lifting up to 50

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent with some leadership experience in service industries.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills with a focus on teamwork.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work a flexible schedule.
