Responsibilities

• Staff, schedule, evaluate, train, develop and monitor team members; recommend wage increases, promotions, demotions, discipline, and other employment actions.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and rules to promote compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Establish and maintain training and development procedures to ensure superior guest service standards.
• Prepare and deliver performance appraisals for assigned team.
• Ensure outlet is well staffed, organized and operating to our exceptional standard.
