Job summary

Paradies Lagardère in Austin, TX, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations, mentor team members, and deliver first-class hospitality to guests. You will manage daily workflow, uphold TRIFIC values, ensure health and safety standards, and collaborate with managers to maintain exceptional service during all shifts.

Prior supervision in hospitality is preferred; ServSafe certification is a plus; availability including weekends and holidays is required to support a busy service

Qualifications

• Practical experience as a supervisor in the hotel/restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, sanitation, and reporting.
• ServSafe Food Manager certification or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, demanding environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
