Job summary

Paradies Lagardère in Missouri is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest service, safety, and team development. You will delegate tasks, monitor food and beverage quality, manage schedules, and maintain high standards in line with our TRIFIC values.

Qualifications

• Practical experience as a supervisor in the hotel/restaurant industry, preferred.
• ServSafe Food Manager’s Certification or equivalent.
• Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant shifts by delegating duties, assigning tasks, and following up with team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Ensure food, beverage, and service quality meets health and safety standards.
• Provide leadership and motivation to staff, while upholding company policies and procedures.
• Assist with cash handling, POS training, and overall operations when needed.
