Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of menus to assist guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond professionally.
• Open/close/setup/breakdown/clean service areas.
• Communicate orders and special requests to kitchen and team.
• Assist with closing guest checks and payments.
