Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of related hospitality experience preferred.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and opening/closing shifts with AM/PM flexibility.
• ServSafe and Bassett certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on the floor and maintain a strong presence.
• Support servers and bartenders to ensure smooth, timely service.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while verifying order accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of food, bar, and beverage menus to assist guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond professionally to requests.
• Assist with opening, closing, setup, breakdown, and cleaning of tables and service areas.
• Communicate guest orders and special requests to kitchen and service team.
• Assist with closing guest checks and processing payments.
