Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Previous experience handling money

• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Oaklawn policies and communicates with guests with a smile.
• Reports incidents to the Facility Manager and maintains daily paperwork.
• Maintains department maintenance procedures and supplies inventory.
• Greet guests, assist with reservations, directions, and phone numbers.
• Process payments and reconcile daily sales and deposits.
• Stand, walk, and perform various motions as required by shifts.
