Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor in Darien, CT to oversee staff, ensure smooth store operations, and enhance the guest experience. You will coach teammates, manage POS cash processes, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards across shifts.

The role requires flexible hours, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. This position offers competitive pay and benefits as part of our caring, community-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to access all store areas including selling floor, stock area and register.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs during a shift.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure tasks per management.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping, safety, security, and operations policies.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to keep in-stock conditions.
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
