Job summary

Global Partners LP is hiring a Guest Service Associate in Darien, CT to create a top-notch guest experience and support store tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, replenish stock, and coordinate with vendors while following safety and policy standards.

Flexibility for day, night, weekends, and holidays is required. Responsibilities include inventory checks, cashier duties, and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and practices.
• Operate the point of sale with proper cash handling.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, etc.).
• Replenish products and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
