Job summary

My Place Hotel in Loveland, CO is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor who will lead front desk operations, oversee Guest Service Representatives, and ensure a superior guest experience. The role is hands-on and visible, working with the General Manager to uphold policies and procedures.

You will handle check-in/out, bookings, safety checks, and daily reporting, while delivering exceptional service, training staff, and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable, professional, and consistent in performance.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and manage guest interactions.
• Lead and train Guest Service Representatives; assist in scheduling and payroll reminders.
• Greet guests on arrival, check-ins/outs, process charges using PMS.
• Inform guests about hotel amenities and local attractions; handle concerns professionally.
• Operate phone system, handle reservations via phone, email, and in-person.
• Maintain Front Desk logs, Night Audit checklist, and cash logs.
• Conduct hourly safety checks and secure master keys.
• Support housekeeping with laundry tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as directed by the GM.
