Job summary

My Place Hotels in Loveland, CO is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead front desk operations and ensure a superior guest experience. You will manage bookings, supervise Guest Service Representatives, and coordinate with the General Manager to uphold policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and lead by example on the front desk.
• Oversee booking processes and supervise Guest Service Representatives.
• Log payroll-related items and report to the GM during off-site hours.
• Manage check-in/check-out procedures and process room charges and taxes.
• Be knowledgeable about room types, amenities, and local attractions.
• Operate the phone system, take reservations, and document confirmations/cancellations.
• Maintain the Front Desk Log, complete Night Audit Checklist, and keep records organized.
• Adhere to safety protocols and conduct hourly security checks.
• Issue and log master keys for staff and assist with housekeeping tasks.
• Support with housekeeping duties and other tasks as directed.
