Job summary

GLOBAL PARTNERS LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee store staff and ensure cash handling, guest service, and operations are performed to the highest standards.

The role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with reliable transportation and physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Pay ranges from $19.73 to $22.94 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing retail environments is preferred.
• Strong cash handling and POS operation skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and deliver constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure management-directed duties are performed.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS per corporate standards and manage cash levels.
• Maintain store housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash deposits, lottery, gift cards and checks as applicable.
• Replenish inventory to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
