Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead a team, ensure smooth store operations, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will coach staff, manage POS cash handling, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards across the store.

The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a pay range of $19.73–$22.94 per hour, and benefits including health coverage and a 401(k) plan. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience coaching or supervising staff is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform duties per management’s instructions.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and POS operations; assist with deposits and related tasks as needed.
• Ensure store housekeeping and safety policies are followed; address guest inquiries and vendor check-ins.
