Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, ensure excellent guest experience, and manage cash and store operations. You will coach team members, enforce safety policies, and maintain high standards on the sales floor and POS procedures.

The role requires flexibility for various shifts, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Compensation aligns with position duties and regional factors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs during a shift.
• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform duties established by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale according to corporate standards and manage cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping tasks are completed (cleaning, dusting, emptying trash, etc.).
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Restock products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
