Global Partners LP in Barre, VT is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, ensure high standards of guest experience, and maintain store operations in line with management directives.

This role emphasizes coaching, cash handling, safety compliance, and proactive guest service while supporting a 24/7 operation and flexible hours. High school diploma required; reliable transportation is preferred.

Formación

• Supervise employees by ensuring they perform duties as directed by management.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels.
• Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash).
• Ensure 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes.
• Responsible for all cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Always replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
