Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Virginia Beach Town Center seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the guest service team, ensure smooth check-ins, and uphold brand standards in the Town Center district.

You will train staff, handle guest concerns, serve as Manager on Duty, and collaborate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to deliver exceptional experiences.

This full-time role requires English fluency, prior front desk or supervisory hotel experience, and flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Prior hotel front desk experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk personnel during assigned shift.
• Oversee check-in/out procedures, reservations, and guest billing for accuracy.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Train and coach front desk staff to meet brand standards.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and coordinate with Housekeeping/Maintenance.
