Job summary

InnVentures is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor for the Courtyard San Diego Rancho Bernardo in California. You will lead the front desk team to create memorable guest experiences and uphold service standards throughout the stay.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, resolving guest issues, and coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest requests. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced guest service environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, type and use basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training, coaching and scheduling for the front office team.
• Ensure guests are served promptly and courteously during all shifts.
• Resolve guest issues to their satisfaction using problem solving skills.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest requests in a fast-paced setting.
• Review daily front desk checklists and ensure error-free operations.
• Follow cash handling procedures and post/reconcile charges to guest receipts.
