Responsibilities

• Ensure friendly, efficient and error-free check-in and check-out.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests quickly.
• Answer questions about local area and facilities with directions.
• Demonstrate proper phone etiquette, transfers and reservation handling.
• Follow cash handling procedures and post/reconcile charges.
• Support hotel goals through teamwork.
