Job summary

InnVentures is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the Courtyard San Diego Rancho Bernardo to create memorable guest experiences. You will be the first impression for our guests, assisting with check-in/check-out and addressing questions and requests throughout the stay.

This role requires guest-facing customer service, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 pounds. Availability on evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, type and use basic technology.
• Must stand for an entire shift and lift at least 25 pounds.
• Applicants must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive a friendly, efficient and error-free check-in and check-out.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest requests.
• Answer questions about the local area and facilities and provide directions.
• Demonstrate proper phone etiquette including taking messages and making reservations.
• Follow cash handling procedures and post/reconcile charges.
• Support hotel goals through teamwork and collaboration.
