Days Inn Encinitas is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to support the Front Office team in Encinitas, CA. The role focuses on greeting guests, registering arrivals, and processing payments with accuracy and courtesy.

The supervisor will assist with reservations, check-ins and check-outs, and respond to inquiries while promoting the hotel’s guest programs and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hotel/front desk operations or guest services.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, verify reservations, and process payments.
• Oversee front desk operations and assist Front Office Manager as needed.
• Handle check-ins/outs, cash handling and banking, and balance at shift end.
• Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and upsell hotel amenities.
• Promote guest programs and ensure high service standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
