Job summary

Ithaka Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for Elevation Convening Center & Hotel, a 99-room property with a restaurant and conference center. You will lead the front desk team, manage guest services, and support daily operations to ensure seamless experiences.

Responsibilities include supervising agents, coordinating with Reservations, upselling room revenue, and maintaining service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Front Desk operations and guest services excellence.
• Lead Front Desk Agents and Reservations Coordinator in absence of Front Desk Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel, local events, and amenities; upsell to increase revenue.
• Record incidents and service issues in the system; ensure timely recovery.
• Prepare and distribute daily/weekly reports to team members; assist other departments as needed.
