The Singer Oceanfront Resort is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team in delivering exceptional guest service on Singer Island, Florida. You will drive smooth operations, assist guests with inquiries, and ensure accurate reservations and billing while upholding our high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling experience is required.
• Six months of front desk experience is preferred.
• Strong computer skills are required (hotel systems, reservation platforms).

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations, including check-in and check-out.
• Lead and motivate the front desk team to provide exceptional service.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally and efficiently.
• Train and onboard new front desk staff.
• Ensure accuracy of guest reservations and billing information.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and improve experiences.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
