The Singer Oceanfront Resort on Singer Island, FL, seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team and ensure seamless guest experiences. You will oversee check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and billing accuracy, fostering a culture of exceptional service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling experience is required.
• Effective communication with guests and team members is essential.
• Read, write and speak English fluently to assist guests.
• Minimum six months of Front Desk experience.
• Strong computer skills for front desk operations.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends; shift work may be required.
• Hilton experience is a plus.
