Job summary
The Singer Oceanfront Resort, Singer Island, Florida, seeks a passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and elevate dining experiences for guests from around the world. You will assist the Restaurant Manager in staff training and daily operations, ensuring top-notch service and a guest-centric approach.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Experience as host/server with supervisory exposure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory and cost control.
- Excellent problem solving and multitasking.
- Cash handling with MICROS POS experience.
- TIPS, CPR & Serve Safe certification preferred.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems.
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Assist Restaurant Manager with staff training and development.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and service quality.
- Manage staff scheduling and performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory and cost controls.
