Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent at The Singer Island Resort in Florida. You will greet guests, manage check-in/out, provide local recommendations and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, cash handling experience, strong communication and computer skills, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Hilton experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Very good computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel or resort operations is a plus.
• Hilton experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude, creating a positive first impression.
• Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Assist in administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and handling reservations.
