Job summary

The Singer Oceanfront Resort on Singer Island seeks a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, handle check-in/out, and provide local recommendations. You’ll be the friendly face guiding guests through their stay with prompt, courteous service.

Ideal candidates will bring strong communication skills, a polished demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment while ensuring every guest feels cared for.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Very good computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel or resort operations is a plus.
• Hilton experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Assist in administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and handling reservations.
