Job summary

The Singer Oceanfront Resort on Singer Island, Florida, is seeking a passionate Restaurant Supervisor to assist the Restaurant Manager with staff training and to oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service.

You will lead a team, manage guest expectations, and uphold standards in a fast-paced, guest-focused dining environment. Experience in hospitality and strong leadership are essential; flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Strong leadership and team management abilities preferred
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control
• Excellent problem solving skills & ability to multi-task
• Prior cash handling & experience with MICROS POS system
• TIPS, CPR & Serve Safe certification preferred
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
