Hulsing Enterprises is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper for Crowne Plaza - Asheville, NC 28806. In this full-time role you will work with the Executive Housekeeper to maintain high cleanliness standards across guest rooms, public areas, and laundry operations.

You will supervise housekeeping staff, monitor daily tasks, train team members, and coordinate scheduling to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and a polished resort environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel housekeeping teams in a resort or hotel setting.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage daily operations effectively.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest and team interactions.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality housekeeping standards.
• Experience coordinating schedules and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, laundry, and public areas.
• Supervise, support, and monitor housekeeping staff in daily tasks; report discrepancies to management.
• Ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet resort cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Uphold product quality and respond promptly to guest needs to drive satisfaction.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training; ensure staff complete development plans.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment with strong staff-management communication.
• Assist in scheduling, organizing, and coordinating day-to-day housekeeping operations.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our housekeeping leadership team. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure our resort maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and team performance across all guest rooms, public areas, and laundry operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including guest rooms, laundry, and public areas
• Supervise, support, and monitor housekeeping staff in their daily tasks, reporting any discrepancies to housekeeping management
• Ensure all guest rooms and public spaces consistently meet and exceed the resort's cleanliness and presentation standards
• Champion guest satisfaction by upholding product quality standards and responding promptly to guest needs
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training efforts, ensuring all staff complete development plans and are equipped to deliver exceptional service
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that supports strong communication between staff and management
• Assist in scheduling, organizing, and coordinating day-to-day housekeeping operations
