Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or lead experience in hospitality, facilities, retail, or food service; food hall experience is a plus.
• Ability to motivate, train, and supervise a diverse team in a positive and productive manner.
• Exceptional communication and guest service skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Ability to work with high volumes of guests and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house environment to ensure spotless dining areas, seating zones, walkways, and common spaces.
• Provide welcoming, knowledgeable representation for the food hall and engage guests with sincerity.
• Collaborate with the GM and Event Manager to ensure consistent execution and health-score readiness.
• Supervise attendants in bussing, wiping, and resetting tables; maintain organization throughout the day.
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance, coordinate with Facilities for repairs and deep cleaning.
• Train attendants on cleaning standards, guest service, and safety protocols.
• Manage staffing levels and floor deployment during peak and off-peak periods.
• Provide coaching and support to team members to uphold hospitality and cleanliness standards.
