Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or banquet setting.
• Knowledge of bar service and liquor inventory controls.
• Experience with Micro's point of sale system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring performance to brand and HHM standards.
• Monitor food quality and guest satisfaction across F&B outlets.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards are met for guests and associates.
• Interact with guests to obtain feedback on service and food quality.
• Assist with maintaining inventory and par levels for F&B supplies.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and company policies.
