Job summary

The Westin Tempe, managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Guest Service Manager to lead valet and front office teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

You will supervise daily operations, inspire staff, and coordinate with departments to maintain service quality and brand standards while working a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications
