The Westin Tempe on 11 East Seventh Street is seeking a FT Front Desk Agent to join our Front Office Team. You will greet and register guests, provide prompt, courteous service, and help ensure a smooth stay at our hotel.

We value a professional, team-oriented candidate who can work AM/PM shifts, including weekends and holidays, communicate in English, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience through accurate, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English with guests and colleagues.
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Ability to operate a calculator for moderately complex calculations.
• Willingness to pitch in and help coworkers as part of a team.
• Experience inputting information accurately using a computer system.
