Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold store policies. You will manage POS operations, cash handling, and daily housekeeping while supporting management to meet store objectives.

The role requires flexibility for day, night, weekend, or holiday shifts, and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Applicants must be 18+ with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure tasks are performed as directed by management.
• Coach staff by giving constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash levels.
• Maintain store housekeeping and cleaning.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
