Job summary

Hen Quarter is seeking a passionate Supervisor to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will guide daily operations, support team members, and ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for. This role requires 50–55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

The ideal candidate has food & beverage and supervisory experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain high standards while managing a busy service. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food and beverage operations.
• Prior supervisory roles with leadership responsibilities.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs as needed.
• Capable of reaching, bending and stooping as part of daily tasks.
• Experience using reservation systems and taking calls.
• Excellent verbal communication in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
