Job summary

CityTeam Ministries is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor for Camp MayMac. This role serves as the first contact, handling guest interactions, bookings, and event coordination with professionalism and a Christ-centered approach.

The position is 24 hours per week, non-exempt, requiring strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while promoting CityTeam’s mission.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years guest services experience or equivalent.
• Ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in English writing and business correspondence.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
• Valid CA Driver's License with a clean record.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist up to 200 guests, resolve issues, and defuse conflicts.
• Book reservations, manage contracts, update rental data.
• Coordinate camp services, report on events and maintenance needs.
• Handle deposits, billing, and merchandise funds.
• Oversee office systems, phone, mail, and supplies.
• Collaborate with Marketing to update CityTeam page.
• Attend staff meetings and assist in fundraising activities.
• Promote CityTeam to churches and community groups.
