Job summary

Grace Adventures seeks a guest services team member to warmly welcome guests at the Dunes Harbor Family Camp welcome center. You will help run the reservation system, manage signups for activities, and support staff in creating a safe, Christian environment for families.

The role emphasizes computer skills, organization, and outstanding customer service while aligning with Grace Adventures' ministry and beliefs.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Strong worldview and attitude of excellence.
• Supportive attitude toward staff, guests, and goals.
• Ability to direct and supervise staff energies.
• Desire to learn and develop new skills.
• Self-discipline and self-motivation.
• Good health and stamina for long hours and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist welcome center staff to be successful in their roles.
• Support Guest Service Supervisor to cultivate a positive work atmosphere.
• Oversee welcome center operations in supervisor's absence.
• Organize and implement the Request/Waitlist process.
• Process weekly sign-up sheets (Kayak rentals & Laser Tag).
• Perform other duties as assigned by Campground Management.
• Serve guests with a standard of excellence in office and customer service.
• Understand Grace Adventures ministry and its goals.
• Understand the reservation system and process.
