Job summary

CityTeam is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to lead guest interactions, bookings, and event coordination at Camp MayMac. You will work closely with Food Service and Facility staff to meet guest needs and ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, including deposits, billing, and merchandising funds. Evening and weekend flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years guest services or hospitality-related experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer questions, close sales, and advocate for CityTeam.
• Book reservations, coordinate events, and manage contracts and paperwork.
• Coordinate Camp Services and provide detailed event reports to staff.
• Handle deposits, billing, and merchandise funds; maintain records.
• Office management tasks and primary point of contact for calls and mail.
• Collaborate with Marketing to keep CMM page current and materials ready.
